Primary Care Physician

1 Position

This is a position for a motivated and enthusiastic primary care physician who would like to be part of an innovative way of managing healthcare in Kenya. 

The incumbent will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to clients who visit the health facility as well as manage the clinic operations.

The ideal physician should possess:


  • Hold a Bachelor degree in Medicine, as well as have current Membership and Practicing License from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
  • Have at least 2 years’ supervised experience providing direct service in a clinical setting and attained a 1-year internship or the first year of a residency program in an accredited institution

Pharmaceutical Technologist

2 Positions

Under the general supervision of a Physician, manage a pharmacy and coordinate all activities of stock and inventory management pertaining to drugs per prescribed procedures and acceptable practice.

The ideal candidate shall possess:


  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is an added advantage


Be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board as well as have current Membership and Practicing License from the Board, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in a busy clinical setting.

  • Ability to prepare and maintain electronic records, keying in reports and responding to both oral and written enquiries.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical and clinic staff and the public.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing


Medical Laboratory Technologist

1 Position

Under the general supervision of a Physician, perform routine clinical laboratory tests per prescribed procedures and acceptable practice.

The ideal candidate shall possess:


  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science Technology
  • Higher National Diploma/Bachelors in Medical Laboratory Science Technology an added advantage
  • Be a registered member of the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologist and Technicians Board as well as have current Membership and Practicing License from the Board, with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience.


Other attributes:


  • Ability to prepare and maintain electronic records, keying in reports and responding to both oral and written enquiries.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical and clinic staff and the public.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing


Medical Records Officer 

2 Positions

Organize and maintain the front desk ofthe medical facility. Maintain and implement health records processing, storage and retrieval systems related to medical administration.

The ideal candidate shall possess:


  • A Diploma in front-office management or health records and information systems
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field


Other Attributes:


  • Above average knowledge of the use of excel spread sheets , Microsoft word, Access, outlook and quick books accounting program will be an added advantage. 
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and meet strict deadlines in reporting to management.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
