Duties:
• Supervise, and participate in the preparation of staff meals in a variety of world Cuisines.
• Ensure that the meals are produced in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure meals meet international quality standards of taste and presentation.
• Ensure the development of new menus based on meals trends and client requests.
• Tracking meals costs and assists in the development of budgets.
• Ensure implementation of effective cost controls without compromising quality and service
standards.
• Ensure adequate and optimal resource planning/allocation.
• Ensure awareness and compliance to all Health & Safety work practices and regulations.
Qualification:
• Diploma in Food and Beverage Management from a recognized Institution

CLINICAL COORDINATOR AND TREATMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST JOBS IN NAIROBI

access to quality health care is seeking suitable candidates for the following positions for a 5-year
CDC funded comprehensive HIV AIDS Care and Treatment Project in selected faith based affiliated
sites in Central, Eastern and Nairobi regions:

CLINICAL COORDINATOR (MEDICAL DOCTOR – PHYSICIAN/ PEDIATRICIAN)
The position reports to the Project Principal Investigator.
Key roles and responsibilities:
• Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the HIV care , treatment and support
strategy
• Assist CHAK and its partners in the assessment, development, improvement and
dissemination of sound HIV/AIDS care policies and strategies
• Provide support to implementing sites on comprehensive HIV care and treatment issues
through core technical assistance teams
• Analyze, synthesize and disseminate cutting edge methodologies, lessons learned and best
practices to partners regarding comprehensive HIV/AIDS care and their application to
policies and programs.
• Promote information exchange with partners, regional institutions and networks about
effective program implementation practices and lessons learned on all aspects related to HIV
care
Desired Skills:
• Technical expertise and experience in HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, care and support
• Demonstrated organizational, training and facilitation skills including clinical mentorship
• Demonstrated knowledge of USG/PEPFAR results reporting requirements
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a team player
Education and Experience:
• Professional advanced medical degree, MMed (Internal Medicine/Pediatrics)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HIV&AIDS programs or clinical work
• Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
