This objective will be achieved through the provision of technical expertise and building capacity to implement the Government’s Public Private Partnership (PPP) National program in Kenya. 

The Public Private Partnerships Secretariat (PPPU) at the Ministry of Finance is looking for a highly motivated international expert, for a period of one (1) year renewable for a further term of one (1) year, to fill the position of:

Technical Expert (1 Post)

The PPP Technical Expert is expected to perform the following tasks:

• Carry outline assessments and review of applicable PPP projects
• Carry out a technical review of the business cases for eligibility for PPP program
