M-KOPA LLC was established in 2011 after successful trials of innovative, embedded mobile services. 
M-KOPA’s first product, a mobile enabled solar home lighting system is available in Kenya where it provides clean, affordable energy to consumers, made accessible through machine-to-machine technology and mobile payments.
To further strengthen our Sales force and riding on the introduction and success of the launch of our latest product range we would like to recruit Service Center Managers to various openings throughout Kenya.

To further strengthen our Sales force and riding on the introduction and success of the launch of our latest product range we would like to recruit Deputy Service Center Managers to various openings throughout Kenya.

JOB DESCRIPTION

R​eporting directly to the Service Center Manager and being the direct second in command of their Service Center he/she will be expected to 

DUTIES
-Be in charge of the stock management of their assigned Service Center
-Ensures the Service Center conforms to M-Kopa’s standards for branding, presentation and display of products and general cleanliness.
-Offer customer service to existing and potential customers​
-Be in charge of all administrative work within the Service Center including coordinating weekly sales meetings ​and taking minutes
-Be in charge of Direct Sales Representatives relationships
-Other tasks assigned by the Service Center Manager

QUALIFICATIONS 
-At least 12 months experience working in direct sales or similar
-Education level of a minimum of C- in O Level/KCSE
-Must have strong communication skills
-Must be well presentable 
-MUST be willing to work in any Service Center in Kenya
-Willing to undertake field work (Sales) at least 25% of the week

REMUNERATION
-A gross salary of Ksh 20,000,
-A weekly allowance of Ksh 50 per every sale the Service Center makes and
-25% of all Service Center ranking monthly bonuses
