end-to-end solutions provider for IT distribution and support services
across different markets of Middle East and Africa is looking to fill
the position of Network Administrator.

Salary: 60K - 100K Kshs Gross.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Manages all network servers and other network components including installation, configuration and maintenance
- Develops and maintains network security procedures.
- Resolves problems reported by end users for local and wide area networks, personal computers, networking equipment (switches, routers, etc.)
- Monitors and measures the performance of the network; reports problems to the appropriate individuals
- Establishes and maintains contact with vendors for support and problem resolution.
- Responsible for coordinating software implementation and upgrades.
- Set up and configures desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level.
- Installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals;
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Should have a degree in IT or Engineering from a recognized university.
- 3 to 4 years of work experience in Desktop Management, Concepts of DNS, DHCP, Server side basics. MCP/MCSE qualifications will be an added advantage
- Have basic knowledge of Network Operations.
