We lead in Motor Vehicle Repairs and Servicing for Corporate bodies, Insurance companies, NGO’s, Government ministries, Individuals e.t.c. We are also distributors of Chery Tiggo Estate cars, Chery A3 Saloon, Chery QQ3 mini estate car, Landmark 4×4 SUV, Admiral and Grand Tiger Pickups. Other models distributed and serviced by us include:- High quality light Trucks, minibuses and big passenger buses with up to 66 seater capacity. In order to strengthen the leadership team, we seek to recruit a pro-active individual to fill in the following position in the Body Shop Division:

WORKSHOP MANAGER (BODY SHOP DIVISION)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-
  • Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement of the workshop operations.
  • Oversee preparation of estimates/quotations before onward submission to the assessors/insurers.
  • Supervise, plan, organize and monitor a large team of staff in both panel beating and spray painting section to ensure optimal utilization of manhours.
  • Enhance business relationship with all customers, Assessors, Insurance companies, Brokers/agencies and other stake holders.
  • Direct and exercise overall control within the workshop to ensure unparalleled service to our customers.
  • Review job card orders to ensure that all actions have been documented and acted upon accordingly.
  • Monitor adherence to quality control systems/procedures to avoid customer complaints and inordinate delays.
  • Maintain Strict discipline within the workshop and be able to conduct performance appraisal for the department personnel.

  • Possess sound knowledge of body workshop operations, controls and related logistics in a highly computerized environment.
  • Impeccable integrity, patience and tactfulness.
Academic qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Automotive Engineering

Experience
  • Age above 30 years.
  • Over 5 years experience in a busy workshop either as a senior supervisor or manager.
