Job Title: Work Order and Sales Quality Analyst


Location: Gateway Park, Msa Road

Job Purpose / Summary: The purpose of this role is to provide support to the sales organization by checking the quality of sales done by each channels as well as raising work orders for the indirect channels and scheduling them for installation..

Key Roles:
  • To open work orders for the indirect channel and ensure all aspect of the sales process are followed.
  • To check all the work ordes opened in the system by the direct sales channel and ensure they meet the minimum requirements.
  • To open work orders for any sales agents that require the assistance and follow through with installation.
  • To check all addresses for new work orders and coordinate with the different sales channels to ensure accuracy and correctness.
  • To follow up the installation process of all opened work orders with the relevant department to ensure at least 90% of all correct work orders are installed on time.
  • To follow up on installations to ensure that the agreed SLA is met and report on any variations.
  • To provide daily reports on interventions required by the commercial department to ensure that new sales are installed withing the SLA.
  • To ensure that all work orders opened for installations are within the RFS areas.
  • To track all work orders pending due to technical or commercial reasons and ensure resolution withing the agreed timelines.
  • To coordinate with all the sales channels and provide feedback on the status of work orders scheduled for installation.
  • To audit work orders and provide a weekly and monthly report on any required actions.
  • Report on any installation capacity constraints for appropriate actions
  • To produce daily/weekly/monthly reports on work orders and installations done per channel
  • To provide data to be used for commission on sales done by indirect channels.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Over 90% of all correct work orders installed on time/within SLA.
  • Reduced number of wrong addresses or un-installable work orders
  • Increased installations from work orders that are marked as un-installable.
  • Improved coordination between sales and technical on installations
  • Timely execution of work orders and installations for the indirect sales channel
