• University Degree preferably in a Business related field and a CPA(K)/ACCA or equivalent accounting qualifications. 
• Post graduate and / or Banking qualification will be an added advantage. 
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial banking with at least 8 years in a senior to top management position, but non-bankers in Senior Management / Director positions in large private sector corporates may also apply.
