Provide leadership at our Inpatient/Outpatient Maternity facility to achieve departmental and institutional objectives within a rapidly changing environment
He/she will apply advanced knowledge of nursing and management to manage systems of patient care, personnel development, fiscal and clinical operations, performance improvement, and program development
Candidate description
Kenya Certified Nurse Midwife/Kenya Community Health Registered Nurse
5 years clinical nursing experience with a two year preference in a progressive nursing leadership/supervisory role (including Charge Nurse) or management role
Must be BLS Certified ACLS, PALS certifications desired
