Paelina Insurance Brokers Limited is successor to Paelina (Management and Investment) Limited incorporated in 1981 to manage the life insurance business of our founder. Since that time we have operated almost like a sole proprietorship because our fortunes were tied to those of the founder and his family.

Currently we are in the process of preparing for succession. We have been requested to start laying structures that will pass the company to future generations. Our first step in this exercise is to identify three individuals to join the company as Business Development Associate Trainees.
These men or women will form the pedestals for both growth in business and widening of ownership. Each of these positions is therefore a business opportunity to transform successful individual effort into sustainable business supported by over 30 years experience in insurance agency.
