Job Title: Key Accounts Executive
 

Job Role: The role is responsible for liaising with head offices of Nakumatt, Tusky’s, Uchumi and Armed Forces Canteen Organization
Finding and identifying new and existing markets for the products
Listing of products, pricing and promotions
Relations management – link to all levels of contact (MD, Accounts department, stores and buyers)
Recruitment and supervision of merchandising team
Competition monitoring
Supervision and ensuring smooth running of promotional activities in branches.
Customer complaints resolution
Execution of in store marketing initiative.
Attain and exceed targets set out by the company.
Recruiting and training new sales reps.
Planning and setting sales budgets and promotions.
Follow up on order deliveries and payments of the same.
Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma in Sales and Marketing OR Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing
Two (2) to Four (4) Years experience in FMCG industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good negotiation skills
