Driver, Support Staff, Clerical Officer jobs in Newly Established kenyan Constitutional Office

A newly established Constitutional Office is looking for suitable, qualified candidates for the following positions;
 
Driver

Reporting to the Human Resource and Administration Officer, in charge of transport, the successful candidate will be responsible for safe driving and maintenance of motor vehicles assigned to them and as authorized.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving the Office’s vehicle for the conveyance of staff and officials, materials and equipment in connection with the activities of the organization;
  • Undertake routine and preventive maintenance of motor vehicle;
  • Detecting and reporting malfunctioning of vehicle systems;
  • Maintain accurate, up to date records of work tickets for vehicles assigned;
  • Ensuring safety for the vehicle on and off the road;
  • Keep the assigned vehicle(s) clean;
  • To perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Human Resource and Administration Officer.
Requirements for the position:
 
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
  • A Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) with a mean grade of D+ (Plus);
  • A valid driving licence, Class BCE free from any current endorsement(s);
  • A valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Kenya Police;
  • At least three (3) years driving experience.
Clerical Officer

Officers at this level will be deployed in any department to perform clerical duties;
 
Requirements for the position:
 
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
  • A Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) with a mean grade of C- (Minus);
  • Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Possession of a Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent will be an added advantage;
  • Age: Below Thirty Five (35) years.
Support Staff

Officers at this level will be deployed in any department to assist in provision of office support services.
 
Requirements for the position:
 
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) with a mean grade of D+ (Plus);
  • Age: Below Thirty Five (35) years.
