Office Administrator Job in Kenya - (20000 - 25000)

Our client, a financial services company based in Westlands and supporting Small Micro - Enterprises in East Africa is looking for an office administrator 
Gross Salary: 20k - 25k

Required Skills and Qualifications: 
Minimum Qualification: 
Diploma in Office Administration/ Business administration or any other related course
Good presentation skills and the ability to use PowerPoint.
Good with the social media especially face book and twitter
Ability to use outlook and handle bulk sms

Good at networking, ability to know when and where there are exhibitions, trade fairs , seminars and trainings that the company can participate in.

Roles and Responsibilities 
General Office administration, working in collaboration with the other employees to ensure smooth running of the office operations.
Manning the reception.
Manage the directors diary.
Deal with suppliers of office utilities
Office based sales and marketing and customer care.

Start time: October
