Minimum two years experience in the field of rural development and financing or other related fields at a supervisory level.
A graduate in a Business related field from a recognized University.
Strong conceptual and practical understanding of rural development and financing.
Passion and ability to work with marginalized rural communities.
Demonstrated good leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
Age between 30 to 35 years.
