ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
A Non governmental organization based in Nairobi is looking to hire an Assistant Accountant &
Administration officer with the following qualifications/skills:

Book Keeper
• KATC or CPA, min 1 yr experience as book keeper reporting to a senior executive
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power-point), excellent
knowledge/experience in any financial system
• Excellent bookkeeping/accounting skills with ability to work under minimal supervision,
detail oriented, good time management skills
• Excellent communication in oral and written English
• High level of honesty and integrity, business etiquette with a strong work ethic, strong
organization skills, ability to deliver under pressure
• Team player with ability to communicate well at all levels, willingness to travel
within/outside of Kenya, possession of National ID/passport
• Duties include: all accounting/bookkeeping for company including ledger & financial
reports, working with ext accounting firm, preparing financial reports/presentations,
liaising with other regional offices, and other tasks as required

Administration
• Office management skill
• Excellent interspersonal skills
