Hotel Head of Sales Vacancy

Our client, a locally owned Hotel, seeks to recruit a self-driven individual to the position of Head of Sales.

Role Profile
 
The successful candidate will build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; 
  • recommending solutions.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
  • researching and recommending new opportunities; 
  • recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Qualifications
  • F&B Diploma- Utalli, or recognized affiliate college;
  • University Degree in marketing - added advantage;
