1. Marketing Manager
The Marketing
Manager is responsible for
assisting the Senior Manager Business Development and Marketing
in increasing brand awareness in the market through communication and public
relations activities, increasing brand visibility and ensuring brand
consistency on the internal documents and company presentations.
Principal Accountabilities:

Implement Sales and Marketing
Strategies: implement
pricing and marketing strategy, the marketing budget as well as coordinate
marketing activities.
·
Customer Relationship Management: maintain a good relationship
with clients and other stake holders
·
Reporting: Prepare
the comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual marketing reports which are to
be used for internal analysis by the various departments.
·
Implement Public relations
strategies: coordinate
the external promotional and marketing agencies.
·
Research and Development: Facilitate
market research studies and analyse the findings
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
·
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Marketing
option)
·
ACII
credits
·
At least three(3)
years’ experience in sales and marketing the insurance sector
·
Knowledge
of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or
services
·
Good knowledge of the insurance industry
·
Good
knowledge of conducting market research
