Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Purpose
 

We are looking for a qualified and experienced, enthusiastic, self driven individual who will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing team in growing our markets and products in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibility

• Sales planning
• Conducting Market surveys
• Budget preparation and forecasting
• Strategic management
• Leadership
• Selling company products and services
• Marketing company products and services
• Managing and coordinating the sales team
• Managing Resellership/dealership
• Administrative roles with respect to the sales and  marketing department

Skills and Competencies

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills
• Strategic thinker
• Marketing knowledge and concepts
• Good knowledge of counties
• Computer knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

• B-Com- Marketing or equivalent
• 5 Years experience; Two in similar position
• Preferably a Member of a professional body (MSK)
• Previous experience working in a similar environment will be an added advantage
