TOURS COMPUTER OPERATOR
Main Responsibilities
• Handles Proposals - respond to clients
• Deals with any problems concerning clients and tours
• Deals with Client complaints
• Handles booking requests
• Be able to work individually and as a team.
• Enjoys travel and people.
• Have good personal presentation.
• Be knowledgeable of different destination places.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to plan and cost complex air travel itineraries
• Able to maintain and grow corporate accounts

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• An industry background in IT, banking, hospitality, Travel etc.
• 2 years experience in a similar position
• Organized and result focused
• Relevant Academic/educational qualification

• Good knowledge and experience of Amadeus & Galileo booking systems
• Broad knowledge of tours and travel industry and markets
• Excellent MS office applications especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
