Qualifications
The person should have:
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills including cross-cultural competence
necessary
- Ability to work independently without supervision as well as in a team;
- Strong written communication and report writing skills in English;
- Professional Integrity

Education
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree. A Master"s degree will be an added
advantage
- Proficiency in report writing.
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong background and ability in participatory training methodologies.

Minimum experience
- Should have at least 5-10 years experience of involvement with
humanitarian organizations and government institutions.
- Proven experience in institutional capacity building with the ability
to prepare instructional materials such as course outlines, training
content, handouts, reference materials, etc
- At least 2 years hands-on experience in training facilitation

Other experience:
- Significant field experience in Kenya, South Sudan Uganda
