Our client is a construction company currently recruiting a Senior Engineer
Responsibilities
Reviewing the preparation of Contract Documents and support documents consisting of design criteria, drawings, technical specifications, construction schedule / cost estimates, and construction staging / phasing.
Reviewing the preliminary conceptual design work and planning for Projects and Major Work Programs.
Supervising and directing staff in the preparation of Scope of Work and design criteria for all projects involving consultants.

Reviewing the preliminary conceptual design work and planning for Projects and Major Work Programs.
Providing the client departments with design alternatives and associated cost, for future planning and funding of projects.
Providing guidance and direction in Engineering design, including technical analysis and associated economic studies and making recommendations.
Ensuring that projects are coordinated with other disciplines, Line Department facilities and outside entities. Minimizing disruption of normal facility operations.Providing guidance and direction in Engineering design, including technical analysis and associated economic studies and making recommendations.
Supervising and directing staff in the preparation of Scope of Work and design criteria for all projects involving consultants.
Auditing consultants design and progress. Ensuring that consultant designs conform to the Scope of Work, codes and costs are kept within budget. Providing technical assistance to facilities.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bsc. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- 5-7 years’ experience and knowledge in steel fabrication and RC design
- Has experience at a senior level in the management and execution of structural steel related projects and supervise concrete work
- Excellent use of English language for written and verbal communications.
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
Salary 70,0000 - 120,000
