Job Description
- Monitor game operations to ensure that house rules are followed and federal regulations are adhered to and that employees provide prompt and courteous service
- Report customer incidents occurring in betting areas to supervisors
- Explain and interpret house rules such as game rules or betting limits
- Creating the visual aspects of the game at the concept stage
- Working closely with team members to meet the needs of a project
- Review betting accounts or collection reports for accuracy
- Regularly monitor the local, national and international sports betting environment and develop proactive and practical plans to minimize the impact of competitors and enhance growth of player
- Contribute to development and launch of new sports betting products by providing information and research data
Qualifications
- Degree in any field
- Overall KCSE B+ and above and minimum player to use betting data to optimum effect
- Commercial betting/gambling experience is an added advantage
- Graduates who have made effort to understand and immerse themselves in the sports betting/gambling markets
- Should be passionate and enthusiastic in football matters
- Should have analytical skills
- Critical thinker
