Job description
You join our After Sales within Operations Department.
Your tasks will be to take responsibility and drive all activities related After Sales, including:
- Processing all the returns and failed deliveries
- Managing the correspondence between the after sales team and the riders
- Monitoring customer orders
- Providing data and reports to help the after sales team
- Keeping track of all orders being returned
- Accurately updating the status of orders in the systems well
- Scheduling orders when need be.
Ideal Profile:
- Excellent computer skills
- Some knowledge of warehousing or purchasing and supplies ie degree or diploma
- Some experience preferred but not a must.
