Dial up associates a leading fast growing IT company is looking for a dynamic IT Hardware Channel Sales Manager (Retail or SMB) who have the ability to win new business, develop existing Partner relationship and execute effective trade marketing programs.
- Archiving all sales targets including value, volume, profitability, new partner recruitment, option sales and development of new Channels
- Defines Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of companies’ growth targets
- Analyses complex/new situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends, and assesses opportunities impacts and risks.
- Provide hands-on inspirational leadership to ensure that the business pulls in one direction to achieve targets and goals
- Strengthen corporate sales strategy with existing and new clients
Requirements
Experience:
- Knowledge of products and technology in the IT industry coupled with stationary sales
- Experienced from a lead role within sales-led environment Strong Retail (Consumer) or SMB experience a must
- Understands the Retail Partner’s business to effectively perform account Management, with assistance as well as increasing share of wallet
- Demonstrable track record of achieving business results as an individual contributor and as a team manager
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive Retail or SMB sales strategy
- Proven ability to win new business, develop existing Retail Partner relationship and execute effective trade marketing programs
- Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing techniques Understands the Kenyan IT market
