Job Description

Key Responsibilities 
The role of Finance is to be a full partner in Value Creation. You will acquire skills in finance and various other functions.
You will learn to provide a world-class service as well as build competencies and practices that allow for effective engagement with the business. We call this “BUSINESS PARTNERING”!!! Category Finance: You will partner/support the Brand/Marketing teams with a focus on effective investment in Brands. You will need to link marketing/selling metrics with value-based
management to ensure maximum return on the brand related expenditure. Financial & Management Reporting: This ensures timely and accurate reporting of financial results in accordance with company guidelines and statutory/fiscal requirements. You will be responsible for all financial accounting operations, including the presence of appropriate controls and the day to day management of the external audit relationship. Taxation, Treasury & Risk: Tax involves compliance work relating to Income Tax, VAT, etc., as well as assisting the business with various tax related transactions. Treasury involves cash and foreign exchange exposure management, assets and acquisitions, sourcing adequate funding at optimal funding cost, etc. Risk and governance is the management of business compliance with the code of business principles and adherence to corporate policy. It also includes assurance in respect of financial controls and compliance.

Qualifications 
Minimum degree requirement: BCom Honours with Accounts 3 in your undergraduate degree. Travel Required 25% - 50%
