Job Title: Procurement Executive
Location: Mombasa Kenya

One of the largest manufacturers of high quality edible vegetable oils & fats, margarine, and laundry & toilet soaps in the East and Central African region.
Main Responsibilities
Designates supplies to ensure smooth process of procurement
Sources, creates LPO, follows up of timely delivery, Invoices posting
Ultimate settlements of Invoices after reconciliation with the Supplier Statements & Supplier Ledger accounts
Required Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Exposure in a manufacturing Industry is a definite Advantage
Professional qualification in procurement/purchasing and supplies management from a recognized institution
Familiarity with procurement procedures
Skills
Working Knowledge of ERP
Excellent drafting and reporting skills
Should be a team player
Excellent communication skills and follow up skills
High integrity and excellent attention to details
