Applicants must have a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences or Public Administration
from a recognized University plus relevant professional qualifications. or
Have CPS (K) and at least (Three) 3 years relevant experience in Administration or
Academic institutions.

in Secretarial studies stage II in Business English, Office Practice and Commerce.
Knowledge of information technology will be mandatory.
Must have an experience of (Three) 3 years as a secretary
Holders of stage III in Office Management and Business English will have an added
advantage
