Our client is a leading real estate company looking for a sales and marketing Executive for their Serviced apartments
- Gather real estate market intelligence
- Learn the current Real estate industry trends, styles and building designs
- Study the market to come up with competitive and pricing
- Planning & executing the sales and marketing function
- Acquiring Short term to long term tenants for the serviced apartments
- Excellent sales and marketing of the serviced apartments
- Handling apartment viewing by potential clients
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business (marketing), Real Estate, or relevant fields is an added advantage
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in real estate
- Experience in selling serviced apartments highly preferred
- Aged between 22-35
