Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Reports To: The Team Leader
Role Objective: To support the HR function of the company and administration as they gain knowledge on the professional application of the area of HR.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to follow instructions.
- Advertise positions and shortlist, prepare summary review reports of interviews
- Support in the administrative function in the company
- Conduct select interviews
- Have knowledge of the basics of Human Resource Profession
- Must have a basic understanding of the Labour laws and DIT related laws
- Able to develop tailored and accurate job descriptions under instructions
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining personnel activities and performance
- Have excellent understanding on Personnel filing
- Must have great understanding regarding the Human Resources Manual and how to maintain it.
- Must prepare the following reports;
- Daily Activity reports
- Monthly progress report
- Weekly progress report

Desirable
- Minimum Diploma in HR
