Human Resources Internship

Job Title: Human Resources Intern
 
Reports To: The Team Leader

Role Objective: To support the HR function of the company and administration as they gain knowledge on the professional application of the area of HR.
 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Able to follow instructions.
  • Advertise positions and shortlist, prepare summary review reports of interviews
  • Support in the administrative function in the company
  • Conduct select interviews
  • Have knowledge of the basics of Human Resource Profession
  • Must have a basic understanding of the Labour laws and DIT related laws
  • Able to develop tailored and accurate job descriptions under instructions
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining personnel activities and performance
  • Have excellent understanding on Personnel filing
  • Must have great understanding regarding the Human Resources Manual and how to maintain it.
  • Must prepare the following reports;
  1. Daily Activity reports
  2. Monthly progress report
  3. Weekly progress report

  • Ability to undertake instructions
  • A confident and positive attitude
  • Ability to prepare reports
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • The ability to work well in a team.
Desirable
  • Minimum Diploma in HR
