Sales Representative job in Kenya

Job Title: Sales Representative
 
Main Responsibilities include:
  • Accountable for the achievement of the set territory sales volumes
  • Achieve the set coverage, core distribution and visibility targets in the assigned area
  • Promptly communicate trade and competitors information to management
  • Ensure that the promotional program is implemented effectively and efficiently in store
  • Ensure collection is made in line with set payment terms
  • Develop proper relations and rapport with customers and account personnel
  • Ensure shelf and warehouse stocks are correctly audited, rotated, and the short expiry issues are properly handled in line with company policy
  • Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities and other required reports and forms, timely submission of traveling and expenses claims
Skills & Qualifications
  • Should be at least a Diploma graduate in sales and marketing or equivalent
  • 3 Experience in Sales of FMCG goods
  • Knowledge about Agent Network i.e. Duka’s, Kiosks and Wholesalers is prefered
  • Clean and professional appearance
  • Presentable
  • Excellent attitude / enthusiasm
  • Self-motivator
  • Disciplined and organized
