Orange Money Distribution & Support Manager job in Kenya

Position: Orange Money Distribution & Support Manager
Reporting to: Head of Distribution
Range: R2U
Department: Mass Market

Role Purpose:
To coordinate and manage all Orange Money distribution and support functions through working closely with the Orange Money Area

Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Responsibilities/Execution activities
Accurate submission of weekly reports on agents, sub-agents, merchants & global Orange Money performance
Coordinate the application documents process flow from Orange Money Area Managers, Telkom and Partner Bank for activation
Coordinate and ensure Orange Money agents & sub-agents are stocked and selling Orange airtime & kits (SIMs & RUIMs)


Ensure the agents & sub-agents are well equipped to conduct registrations & transactions
Ensure good SLA is maintained with Partner Banks to process & activate customer accounts, billers, bulk payers and agents
Ensure good monitoring, sustainability and performance of the agents
Collect feedback on the ground (from customers and agents) and help in improvement
Any other duty as may be allocated by the Orange Money Head of Department
2. Responsibilities/Managerial activities
Set & monitor Orange Money Area Managers targets & performance and develop action plans necessary to mitigate performance challenges
Coordinate all regional Orange Money commercial activities with the OMAMs
Liaise with the Marketing & Strategy division on management of visibility of all Orange Money points of interaction
Management of new Orange Money projects & follow through to execution
Review & implement all Orange Money processes
Develop training modules & train all internal & external stakeholders


Academic / Professional Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business or any other relevant field (or an equivalent).
5 years experience in a sales, distribution or business development role
Computer literate with particular emphasis on power points presentations & excel
