International Christian Centre is looking to recruit a dynamic individual with a personal commitment to Christ to serve as a Technical Coordinator. The Technical Coordinator will Coordinate, monitor and implement the technical management of ICC in line with the laid down plans processes and procedures
Specific Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
1. Have a relevant academic qualification in the Technical field both Electrical/Electronics.
2. A Diploma in Electronic/Telecommunication with hands on experience.
3. Be conversant in operating the sound desk and has had experience in sound and video management.
4. Capable of troubleshooting and repair of both audio and video cables.
5. Must have good knowledge of audio and video standards and formats. Capable of good reporting system and logging.
6. Be able to work as a team player.
7. Be able to work under minimum supervision, organize the section, plan and coordinate all the installations in the section.
8. Be able to meet deadlines.
9. Relevant experience in a medium to a large sized church
Overall Requirements
1. Implementing, monitoring and making recommendations the Senior Management in line with the strategic plan
2. Implementing, monitoring and recommending technical content and materials including methodology and other approaches required
3. Providing technical support to all church activities
4. Providing technical budgetary inputs
5. Collecting and analyzing data for monitoring and evaluating technical management
6. Identifying, recommending and implementing and bench-marking for best practice for technical management
7. Ensuring information and knowledge management through filing and safe custody of documents (soft and hard)
8. Managing and Maintaining all music and Sound equipment
