Officer -Business Support
 
Responsibilities
  • Projects management and implementation of new projects/products
  • Develop management and statutory reports
  • Implement New Products
  • Perform UATS on New Products
  • Ensure full mitigation of all potential risks of card products and products under development
The performance and achievements of the incumbent will be measured based on the following statistics:
  • Introduction of new innovative card products
  • Implementation of new card technology
  • Automation of card processes
Knowledge & Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Professional Qualifications e.g. Banking Diploma, Bankcard Business Certificate, Project Management
  • Visa and MasterCard System training
  • 3 Years experience in Technical Bankcard Business
  • Ability to Software Development using Oracle Database, Sql/plsql
  • Ability to work under pressure and get things done
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writing
