• Use Business Object application and other tools to create report/template for statistic collection as required.
• Responsible for ensuring industry regulator (CCK) QoS parameter compliance.
• Responsible for providing high technical support.

Monitor POI traffic and maintain balance
Monitor load on all core nodes and forecast requirements for expansion
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills & Attitudes
Academic
• University Degree in IT or Electronics/ Computer Engineering or equivalent Professional
• Certification and knowledge of database systems (e.g. Oracle, MySQL)
• Business Object and NPO knowledge and skills is an added advantage.
• Certification and knowledge in UNIX and shell scripting skills is desired.
• Good knowledge of MS-Excel and Excel macro development.
Technical Competence
• Good knowledge of Database systems and data manipulation.
• Good knowledge of Network Quality KPI’s definition, formulae and analysis.
• Good knowledge of network implementation / integration processes.
• Good knowledge GSM architecture, call-flows and thorough understanding of latest Telecom Technologies.
• Good PC skills.
Experience
• 6-8 years’ experience in a similar functions within a high availability (HA), 24x7, mission critical operations environment.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• 2-3 years of database, BO/NPO reporting, shell scripting end user experience.

Reporting to the Head RF will be responsible for the following:
• The role of this individual shall include management of RAN and core network performance.
• The incumbent shall performing daily checks on network, BSC and cell level for Radio Access Network (RAN),
• Carry out daily checks at network, trunk and node level for NSS network KPIs, availability and take timely action against any kind of Network KPI or SLA related problem.
• Optimization in real time of RAN quality of service through network data analysis of key performance indicators (KPI) and providing performance reports.
• Perform an automatic collecting of reporting data on KPI system from OSS system.
• Calculation and investigation of SS7 Signaling Links on metropolitan GSM network – switches/databases (MSCs, BSCs, VLRs, HLRs, and MGw etc.).
• Write scripts that periodically automatically collect reporting data on KPI's from OSS/OMC-R system.
• Based on the analysis of the collected data consistently provide recommendations on network performance improvement.
• Provide benchmarking data on KPI's on RAN and NSS networks using provided vendor 2G/2.5G equipment.

Reporting to the Head of Transmission and will be responsible for the following:
• managing, supervising and providing Expertise support in fault resolution on the transmission part of the network and equipment,
• Ensure transmission equipment availability and functionality at all times.
• Contribute their expertise to development and transfer of knowledge of transmission network and their elements to Network Operations.
• Support actions conducted on the Network in all transmission related work within Technical Department.
• Provide support to Operation and maintenance teams concerning functioning of transmission equipment, technical documentation (procedures…), and train and transfer knowledge to teams.
• Provide technical expertise by analyzing transmission dysfunctions and implementing unusual network operations with the vendors concerning integration, alteration and optimization of operations.
• Follow up transmission equipment evolution (i.e. new products), update documents.
• Follow up overall performance of transmission equipment; implement procedures in order to optimize their performance within the Network.
• Implement solutions on the transmission Network leading to performance improvement and correction as recommended and in consultation with the Quality team.
Knowledge, skills & attributes required:
• BSC Telecom/Electronic Engineering or Higher Diploma Telecom/Electronic Engineering with at least 7 years’ experience in telecommunication field
• 4 to 5 years’ experience in Telecommunication operation equipment, installation and deployment.

• Managing company processes and procedures
• Drafting of the company policy
• Guiding the implementation of the procedures
The major responsibilities
• Company policy and procedures implementation and updates for both new and existing transactions
• Simplification of processes and procedures through automation and continuous reviews of current process
• Coordination of internal audit, implementation of audit findings and preparation of BOD audit updates
• Company compliance management both internal and external requirements e.g. Group compliance, IFRS, Regulatory bodies etc.
• Review of new and existing systems to ensure sufficient controls
Knowledge, skills & attributes required:
• Post graduate degree in Computer Science/Systems design & development
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA(K) or ACCA qualified)

• 4 -5 years’ experience in external and internal audits
