SALES MANAGERS AND MARKETING MANAGER JOBS IN KENYAN IT COMPANY

A newly established IT Company is looking to fill the following positions:

Sales Managers

4 Positions

To be based in the following regions: Eastern, Western, Nyanza and Rift Valley.

This is a fixed term contract.

The incumbent will be required to Lead in the development, planning, implementation and management of the company's sales activities and clientle.

Oversight over all the sales staff at the respective regions Lead in provision of quality customer service.

Develop the growth opportunities for the sales staff.

Identify and recruit appropriate agents for the company's products among others.


He/she should possess excellent presentation skills, subordinate involvement, quality focus, resolving conflict, quality customer service, technical understanding, performance management, and should be willing to travel extensively and provide regional support.

They should also know their way around the various regions they seek to work in.

He/she is required to possess a Degree with a bias in Marketing and or Business Studies with at least 3 years experience.

Should also be an expert in the establishment and successful execution of sales strategies.

Marketing Manager

This is a fixed term contract.

The role will entail marketing the Company's Products and services by contacting and visiting clients' sites.

The individual will need to be a proactive self-starter and comfortable sourcing and following up on new leads.

He/ she must be dynamic and able to sell our products and services to leading industry players.

He/She should be aggressive and able to work in a high pressure environment under minimal supervision.

He/she must also possess good interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, good levels of planning and organization, ability to work on own initiative, ability to meet set targets, good analytical skills, possess business etiquette, attention to detail and strong work ethics.

Applicants must have a minimum Degree in Marketing or related field, masters or equivalent in Marketing, brand Management or relevant discipline, at least 5 years on the job experience in Marketing, experience with Managing relationships with internal and external clients.

Knowledge of business processes is an added advantage.
