UJAMAA - NMNW is a non-governmental organisation that missions around empowering women through micro enterprise and self defense.
We are a grassroots organisation, that toils in five slums in Nairobi, on a day to day basis, reaching out to women and young girls.
We are looking to hire a knowledgeable individual, with leadership skills and relevant experience.
You will:
Serve as a leader and mentor to the team members of the organisation.
Checking and developing reports, proposals, presentations and documentations.
Dedicate your time and energy into the organisations mission and vision.
Plan,coordinate and analyze the organisations project target goals and objectives.
Supervise several departments within UJAMAA-NMNW.
You must:
Have a bachelors degree, in any field.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
You must have the passion of serving people and the company you will be working for.
