Legal Officer
A fast growing Property Developer seeks to employ a highly motivated legal officer with the following requirements.
A Bachelor’s degree in Law
Two years’ experience in a busy contracts and conveyancing department.
The applicant must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
A current practicing license
Additional Skills required include:
Good judgment,
Planning and organization skills,
Good negotiation skills,
Good oral and written communication skills.
Sales Agents
Recruiting qualified individual sales Agents with a relevant degree or Diploma qualifications.
To sell fast moving residential commercial properties in Nairobi.
A minimum of 2 year experience in sales of residential / commercial properties.
Must be ready to work on commission basis only.
Must have the ability to promote own sales and marketing activities.
