Location: Embu & Kisumu

The Accountant will ensure effective and efficient management of the financial resources. The job entails the preparation of regular accounts, budgeting, planning and cash management.



Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining accounts and financial administrative systems by:
  • Preparation of financial reports and budgeting
  • Processing of payments and maintenance of petty cash
  • Developing and maintaining a sound financial filing system and asset registers
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in business studies
  • Professional accountancy training – CPA/ACCA II or above
  • Over 2 years of relevant grant accounting experience.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in accounting software and Ms office suite
  • High integrity and ability to work with minimum supervision
