Title of position: Partnership / Business Development and Resource Mobilization Manager
Job summary (purpose of position)
Spearhead partnership development and resource mobilization and advancing of business and program priorities.
Major duties and responsibilities:
Provide leadership in joint bidding and proposal development and submission to funding agencies
Review, develop a resource mobilization strategy and annual plans, grant and contract management system
Provide leadership in resource mobilization initiatives
Level of education:
Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or Masters Degree in business related field
Other competencies:
Partnership development and networking skills
Proposal development and competitive bidding
Good PR and communication skills
Marketing
Job experience: At least 7 years relevant experience
Salary commensurate with the experience
