ChildFund Kenya intends to recruit for the following positions for a forthcoming Orphans and Vulnerable Children program in one or two regions in Kenya
Finance and Operations Director

The
proposed Finance and Operations Director will oversee all financial and
operational matters within the proposed project, including managing
financial systems, generating financial reports, tracking expenses,
administering sub-awards, managing finance and operational issues and
staff at headquarters and supporting staff in county offices.
The position will be reporting to the Chief of Party (CoP).
Requirements / Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher in accounting, finance, business management or a related field is required.
- Professional qualification CPA (K) or equivalent is a must.
- S/he must have at least three years of experience managing the finances and operations of a large complex project involving multiple partners.
- At least two years administering sub-grants under the proposed project
- The candidate must have strong demonstrated leadership qualities, depth and breadth of technical and management expertise and experience, and strong Interpersonal, writing and oral presentation skills.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with USAID-funded projects in a senior position is required
- Two years of experience living or working in Kenya is required
