Description: This position holder must define, develop, execute and optimize the online distribution channels and online marketing to achieve the brand awareness and revenue targets.
The incumbent shall also manage E-business development, Site Management as well as Content Management.
Job Requirements:
- Develop the communication and social media strategy and policies to build the brand and create loyalty.
- Creation of a realistic and prioritized online distribution roadmap to optimize distribution channels and realize innovation.
- Create comprehensive information dissemination channels providing complete and timely information.
- Optimize operating products and services and improve the user friendliness of all channels
- Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new distribution partners
- Develop, optimize and support the execution of online marketing and CRM campaigns.
- Manage the online activities and campaigns across different channels to ensure program specific ROI goals are met.
- Work with IT to develop and maintain technical components needed for SEM, SEO and Affiliate programs, including product data feeds and links.
- Support the execution of incident- and crisis related communication.
- Develop budgets and forecasts for marketing channel campaigns.
- Develop reports measuring the use of and customer satisfaction of various channels.
- Shall be responsible for managing a team including the PR company.
Key Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in E-business and On-line Marketing, with 4 years’ experience at Management level.
- Demonstrated ability to create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Proven success managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and social media initiatives
- Strong commercial attitude, with the ability to think strategically.
- Energetic, dynamic, socially savvy candidates with innovative mindset preferred.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills, problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build business relationships, build consensus and work effectively within cross-departmental teams in the organization as well as third party partners
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team; to guide, mentor and coach employees and enhance their skills and competencies.
