ROC is currently accepting applications for the position of Program Development Coordinator (PDC) to support our work in the EAC regional initiatives.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Proposal coordination and development.
- Provide technical and administrative support to proposals, expressions of interest, and scholarship applications.
- Assist with logistical and administrative tasks for specific project activities.
- Compile and develop project documentation and report inputs.
- A bachelors degree in related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Language skills in French and Swahili highly desirable.
- Prior experience working or studying in any of the EAC countries a plus.
- Prior experience working with donor-funded education projects a plus.
