Direct Sales Agents in Nairobi

Purpose: To sell the Business Banking products by targeting transaction banking business 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell bank Business banking asset and liability products.
  • Develop and grow the business in the area of the branch where he /she is assigned.
  • Grow transaction banking revenue from payment & remittances business and trade
  • Execute sales strategies and tactics.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Ensure top performance as per bank key performance standards.

Education & Experience:
  • University degree / Higher Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other related course.
  • Proven sales track record/excellent achievement.
Other Skills Required for the Job:
  • Client relationship skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and great team player.
  • Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Business orientation.
  • Between the ages of 23yrs to 30yrs.
  • Planning and organization skill.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
