We are looking to fill the role of a Branch Supervisor in our Mombasa Branch who will report to the Branch Manager.
Overall Responsibility of the Job
The primary responsibility of this function will be to perform and ensure all underwriting and other administrative processes in the branch are carried out in line with overall corporate objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure all the related activities to underwriting in the branch are properly coordinated and enforced.
Vetting all risks to ensure that quality business is accepted into the company at acceptable rates.
Liaising with intermediaries for business support and participation in sales initiatives.
Timely processing of quotations and tender documents
Ensure timely preparation of policy documents and dispatch
Processing of credits and refunds
Certificate management
Processing of renewal notices and renewal follow-ups
Ensuring proper customer service within the branch
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
5 Papers in ACII or equivalent
4 years relevant experience
