Motor Vehicle Technicians

Salary: KSh 25,000
Our client one of East Africa's leading players in the Transport sector, handling sales of commercial trucks, trailers manufacture and motor vehicle spares.
They are seeking to recruit technicians.
- Fixing customer vehicles right to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction
- Achieve targets set for the workshop department through servicing customer vehicles
- Carry out scheduled repair and maintenance
- Handle both routine and non routine faults
- Carry out pre delivery inspection of all new vehicles
- Accurate identification of vehicle faults, parts replacement and fitment
- Improve performance through identifying training needs and taking part in training programs provided
- Timely & accurate communication of vehicle defects through the defect reports
- Respond to customer complaints, handle repeat jobs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proper management of tools in use and in storage to avoid accidents or waste
- Adhere to company regulations, manufacturer standards and regulatory framework available
Qualifications and Skills
- Motor vehicle technician certificate / craft or diploma
- Holder of a full driving licence
- Knowledge of the latest in vehicle technology
- Very smart and presentable individual
- Good communication & interpretation skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be confident
