Job Role: To man the water packaging line to ensure smooth operations and optimal output in the production line.
Job Role: To man the water packaging line to ensure smooth operations and optimal output in the production line.
Responsibilities
- Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged water products to set standards;
- Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product;
- Monitor the operations of the machine that packages water;
- Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items;
- Regulate the machine flow, speed, or temperature to ensure optimal performance;
- Stop or reset the machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to the supervisor;
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time;
Person specifications
- Must be a holder of at least a certificate in plant operations and maintenance or related qualification from a recognized institution;
- At least 2 years bottling or packaging line experience in a busy operation or factory;
- Working knowledge of the packaging equipment and materials in a bottling plant;
- Aged between 20 – 35 years
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills;
- A team player who is keen on detail and highly organized;
