They are looking for highly motivated and self-driven candidate to fill a position in their Nairobi office:
Business Development Coordinator
The Business Development Coordinator is the main link between the company and key industry players.
The incumbent will be responsible for new business acquisition and cultivation of business relationships to identify and develop opportunities to acquire present and future business.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Work very closely with Developer/Investor, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Management Companies in the construction industry to ensure that the client’s Termiticide brand is included in the Bill of Quantities.
- Provide follow-up with key contacts to ensure our client is appointed for the execution of anti-termite site pre-treatment.
- Build relevant business relationships and networks to ensure revenue growth.
- Achievement of set revenue targets by aggressive customer acquisition
- Prepare Market survey and analysis reports for discussion with Director.
- Follow up on client invoicing and payments.
Qualifications, Experience and knowledge:
- A Degree in Architecture or Engineering and Building Economics from a reputable university
- A certificate in marketing will be an added advantage
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in Marketing / Business Development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly focused and driven
- Has impeccable integrity and honesty
- Proactive
