Receptionist / Telephonist

Job Summary:

As a Receptionist/Telephonist, the person is responsible for attending to all calls both incoming and out going and at the same time ensuring that he/she has offered good customer service to the clients.

Job specification:

The incumbent will be required to possess the following qualifications, attributes and skills:
  • Minimum ‘O’ level qualification, Mean Grade C+ with a C+ in English and Kiswahili
  • Front Office operations certificate from a reputable Institution
  • 1 year experience managing a Switchboard in a busy organization
  • Age Bracket 22 – 28 years
  • Should have an approachable and outgoing personality
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili languages
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office
