Job Title: ICT Assistant
Responsible for: Operations
Location: Nairobi and Mombasa
Main Responsibilities
- assist & resolve customer issues relating to technical problems with the system
- creation of user accounts, registrations or equipment & vehicles, roles, logins, journeys & any other approved requirements where identified
- monitoring of the platform & rectify possible issues to ensure the smooth running of operations
- provision of technical assistance as directed by the Operations Manager
- provide training to both staff and client staff where & when required
- assist in developing the business of Fleet & Cargo Tracking with current or new clients
- programming & testing of equipment
- provide support for all areas of technical support function including communications software, test tools and performance
- to provide a work environment that is supportive and receptive to development opportunities and activities
- to keep abreast of Operations best practices and constantly provide feedback to management if & when required for the continuous improvement in our service
- support the annual and short term business objectives
- may, from time to time be required to work out of station
Required Skills

Qualification:
- Computer Competent
Experience required:
- ICT s/w and/or h/w engineering
Knowledge and understanding of:
- Microsoft Office suite of software
