office clerk

Responsibilities:
The front office clerk will be responsible for:

Receiving clients and dealing with their queries
and/or requests effectively and efficiently in a professional manner.
·
Assist in the planning and preparation of
meetings and conferences.
·
Providing general clerical and administrative
support
·
Make sure office is kept clean & tidy
throughout the day
·
Perform other related duties as required
Minimum Requirements
·
Relevant business qualifications with 1 year
experience in a middle level company.
·
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written.
·
Excellent organizational skills
·
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet
tight deadlines
·
Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel,
PowerPoint)
·
Ability to work unsupervised.
